Llega el hombrecito y la niña accede a darle a su hijo primogénito. El hombre convierte la pajita en oro y la niña se casa con el rey y, por supuesto, se convierte en reina.

Cuando llega el primogénito de la reina, el hombrecito viene a reclamar al niño. La reina ruega hacer otro trato. El hombre le dice que si puede adivinar su nombre dentro de tres días, puede quedarse con su hijo. Los primeros dos días, sus conjeturas están equivocadas. Al tercer día, deambula por el bosque y se encuentra con el hombrecito que canta una canción sobre llevarse a su hijo. La canción menciona su nombre:Rumpelstiltskin. Blancanieves y rosa roja

Los Duendes (Los Duendes y el Zapatero)
